On-Site Preferences Form for Career Day 2010 Sponsors

Thank you for joining us at PMIWDC’s 4th Annual Career Day Event. To help the chapter’s staff and volunteers better meet your needs at the event, please fill out all of the information below by 9:00am on September 17th.

Part 1 - Basic Information
You have already supplied most of the contact information and other basic details when you registered. Please fill out these fields so that we can match your on‐site preferences to your registration information.

PMIWDC will provide two boxed lunches for each exhibitor. Please indicate if you require any dietary accommodations
Part 4 - Booth Location Preferences

There are three general areas where your booth/table may be located. These locations vary in the level of foot traffic, and noise level. Please choose the locations that most fit your particular needs.

The PMIWDC Career Day team will make every effort to accommodate your first choice; however, selection of a particular choice does not guarantee that you will be placed there. Attendees will be directed to all exhibition areas by signage, announcements and volunteers to facilitate high visibility for all exhibitors.

Section “A”: Along a wall of windows across from the ballrooms, excellent foot traffic, most noise.
This section is only available for Silver, Gold and Platinum sponsors. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade.

Section “B”: Entry of second exhibition area. Along a wall, very good foot traffic, moderate noise.
Open to all sponsors

Section “C”: Main section of second exhibition area. Various positioning, moderate foot traffic, less noise.

Part 3 - Equipment Preferences
Your registration fees include onsite wireless internet connectivity, access to electrical power, and booth/table signage. Depending on your registration level (Gold, Silver or Bronze), other items may also be included. Please indicate your requirements below.
All employers are allocated a 6' x 10' booth space. A 6-foot table is included in this space unless you specify otherwise. If you plan on bringing your own stand-alone booth, please select "No" so that we can leave your booth space empty for you.
Plain-text table signs will be provided to all employers at no charge, unless you specify otherwise. If you plan on bringing your own sign, please select "No" so that we can leave the sign space open.
Please list any other equipment requirements you may have, which were not included as part of your registration package. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide for your request.
