About the Program
This program is aimed at improving the PM professional’s ability to
truly make a difference in his/her organization. The material will
educate and enable the attendee to master the use of critical PM tools
in order to capitalize on their ability to generate project truth while
empowering themselves to make extreme “value add” contributions to the
decision making cycle.
