Multiculturalism can bring affecting both effectiveness and efficiency inside and outside teams. All of the following questions will be addressed by the presentation. What are models are to be employed while managing multicultural teams? What are the advantages and disadvantages of those models within multicultural teams? How do selections of multicultural models affect the organizational image outside multicultural teams?
The M2D2 Event is free of charge and open to all interested PMs. Preregistration is required.

About the Speaker
Dr. Igor Irkho
Dr. Igor Irkho, a program manager at the Economic Group, visiting professor at Ural Federal University (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology (Flushing, New York). In 2010-2011 he worked for the United States Marine Corps Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning in Quantico, Virginia. Today, he collaborates within the multicultural awareness program of The Economic Group, nonprofit corporation headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
