Project Managers often overlook the pivotal role they play in ensuring their company wins the re-bid. In reality, preparing for a project re-compete begins on day one of contract award. This luncheon presentation will explain what Project Managers can do to help retain incumbent status well before the contract expiration date and how they can augment the entire opportunity capture and proposal process to bring home the win.
