A project manager must be able to successfully adapt in situations where the delivery environment is the biggest obstacle. Learn from real-world examples on how to thrive in these complex client environments.Leveraging nearly 50 combined years of experience, Mr. Meyer and Mr. Toppall will demonstrate how great project managers can respond and lead, mitigate risk, deliver a quality product, and even turn the disadvantages imposed by an organization into an advantage for the delivery team. They will also discuss recognizing when new ideas and creative leadership are necessary for a successful project and a happy customer.
