The Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence can be a valuable tool for improving project performance – even if you’re not interested in pursuing the actual Baldrige Award. This presentation will illustrate how the Criteria provide a systems perspective for managing your organization to achieve performance excellence.
About the Speakers:
Mr. John Mullins
Mr. John Mullins is a former examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award Program. He has more than 25 years of successful experience in the public and private sectors leading transformational efforts across and within government departments and agencies, including HHS, HUD, Treasury, EPA and DOI. He currently serves as VP for Performance Solutions at Proofpoint Systems -- a Silicon Valley technology company focused on providing organizational and human performance, cloud-based, software solutions. Prior to this position, John built one of the fastest growing and highly respected Human Capital and Learning professional services practice in the Washington DC metropolitan area with over 70 employees and over $12 million in revenue within a three year period, building human capital and organizational performance models based on Baldrige.
