About the Program:

Project Management: The Ultimate Calling?

Is the challenging economy a curse or the clandestine setting for Project Managers to answer the call to revolutionize the militaristic and archaic management structures that plague workers in the corporate world today? This talk will answer this question by revealing the cost to society and business of managers that ascend to power via these outdated structures instead of by working to build their Project Management skills. The presentation will then center on the 3 specific Project Management Leadership skills to practice to establish emotionally healthy, high profit environments for your work teams. As leaders who are building these skills emerge more rapidly due to the difficult economy, the revolution will materialize that will modernize the outdated work hierarchies in the corporate world.

Attend this talk to discover:

The link between managers who lack PM skills and underperforming project teams
The link between troubled economies and increased corporate acceptance of Project Management practices
How to rapidly hone the 3 key Project Leadership Skills to answer the historic call to action

  • Conflict Confrontation
  • Decision Centered Facilitation
  • Progressive Collaboration
